We are looking for a Road Freight Coordinator to join our Leeds-based team. We value true forwarders-people who can take a booking at the start of the day and manage it right through to the final delivery. What You'll Be Doing 360-Degree Management: Handling the full lifecycle of Road Import or Export movements (Groupage, LTL, and FTL) between the UK and Europe. Carrier Sourcing: Negotiating with hauliers and European partners to secure the best rates and equipment for your clients. Customs Mastery: Ensuring all Post-Brexit documentation-including CMRs, T-forms, and Export/Import declarations-is accurate and compliant to prevent border delays. Problem Solving: Being the go-to for your clients. If a truck is delayed or a document is missing, you fix it. Financial Control: Managing your own files, ensuring all costs are accrued and invoices are raised accurately. What You Need Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of current experience in a Road Freight Forwarding environment. Geography: A solid understanding of UK-EU transit routes and the current customs landscape.
