Your mission
Being an ESS Key Account Manager is an exciting task, as you are the superhero our clients need. You understand what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs. Your most important tasks include:
* Develop and manage ESS clients and projects in the UK
* Collect client requirements and communicate with technical and service teams
* Analyze main competitors’ solutions, pricing, and market strategies
* Attend national and international fairs and congresses
* Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market research
* Achieve yearly sales targets and ensure local market share growth
* Complete other sales-related tasks
Your profile
All right, here’s what background you should have to feel comfortable in this role, considering it’s all about electrical equipment:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Affinity for electrical engineering.
* Experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, preferably in the solar or energy storage industry. Experience from an inverter manufacturer is a plus.
* Good knowledge of photovoltaics, inverters, and BOS, combined with a strong commercial sales background, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
* English skills at least at C1 level; Chinese skills are a plus.
* Proficiency in MS-Office and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (50%).
