3. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Financial Accountant should have:
11. A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
12. Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance within the Accounting & Finance field.
13. Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
16. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
17. A collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams.
