This brand offers a beautiful fashion range for and has established itself on high streets and shopping centres across the UK. The role of assistant manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 15 – 10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store. A fashion background within retail is desirable and you will need to be comfortable with streamline operational processes, ensuring that the team is following health and safety guidelines.
