Nottingham City Council is looking for a Best Interests Assessor (BIA) to join their DoLS team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role comes with a starting salary of £46,142, rising to £49,282 per annum. The successful candidate will conduct assessments for citizens lacking mental capacity and will participate in legal proceedings, working closely with the Court of Protection. A Best Interests Assessor award and relevant experience is required. A DBS enhanced check is mandatory.
