Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join our operational team based out of our Stokesley site.
What you'll be responsible for:
Lead the site reliability agenda, shaping strategies that maximise equipment uptime and reduce downtime across all assets.
You’ll work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to embed best practice across preventative and predictive maintenance, ensuring a value-driven approach through PM, RCM and FMEA methodologies. Driving continuous improvement through data-led decision making, you'll also use CMMS insights to identify trends, eliminate recurring issues and deliver long-term reliability gains.
You’ll take ownership of maintenance performance, ensuring key KPIs such as OEE, uptime and planned compliance are consistently achieved and improved, whilst also overseeing the delivery of site projects from concept through to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of plant performance, influence maintenance strategy, and work closely with senior stakeholders to maximise uptime and operational efficiency across our site.
What experience you'll need to have:
- Time served engineering qualifications with a multi-skilled biased and an in-depth understanding of electrical engineering
- Demonstrable knowledge of areas such as maintenance management systems, quality, health & safety and machine operation
- Clear leadership capability to lead and coach people across a busy, complex manufacturing site
- Working knowledge and awareness of implementing MBP (maintenance best practice)
- Presentable background in industry, with background in food manufacturing being an advantage
- Excellent problem solving capabilities with root cause exploration methods
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
