Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
2. Process and manage hire and purchase orders for equipment
3. Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of equipment to clients and job sites
4. Provide general administrative support, including invoicing, filing, and maintaining records
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Ideally, has previous experience as a Hire Controller
7. Is confident in dealing with customers and resolving queries
8. Works well as part of a team but is also capable of managing tasks independently
9. Demonstrates a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
10. Has solid organisational and time management skills
11. Maintains a professional, positive, and enthusiastic approach
Additional Information:
12. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours/week, 30-minute lunch)
13. Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
