Our store
Based on West Street in Havant, an historic market town located between Portsmouth and Chichester on England's south coast, our store is right in the centre of a vibrant and busy community. We are near bus stops and the train station is just a short walk away.
Our team
You'll be joining a supportive, experienced and close‑knit team who take real pride in delivering outstanding customer care. Our store is home to a well‑established group of Optical Assistants, Optometrists and Optical experts who work collaboratively to create a welcoming, professional environment. We have a friendly and inclusive culture, dedication to high clinical standards and commitment to helping each other grow—ensuring you'll feel supported, valued and part of something genuinely positive from day one.

* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Experience in optics or Audiology business
* Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
