* Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations across all manufacturing activities.
* Develop and maintain quality control systems to monitor production processes effectively.
* Conduct regular quality audits and provide detailed reports on findings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
* Analyse quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
* Provide technical support to the engineering and manufacturing teams on quality-related matters.
* Assist in training staff to ensure quality standards are understood and upheld.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
* A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in quality management tools and software is advantageous.
