As an IT Apprentice, you will work alongside our IT team to provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain hardware, software, and systems across the organisation. You will gain hands-on experience with IT projects, user account management, and system administration while studying towards your Level 3 IT Apprenticeship qualification. Full training and mentoring will be provided to support your development and career progression in IT. As an IT Apprentice, you will support the IT team with a variety of tasks, including: • IT Support – act as the first point of contact for staff queries, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and escalate complex problems when needed. • Hardware & Software – help install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers, as well as support system updates and checks. • User & Systems Admin – assist with user accounts, permissions, shared drives, email, and cloud services, while monitoring network and system performance. • Cybersecurity & Compliance – ensure devices, accounts, and processes follow company IT and data protection policies. • Documentation & Assets – maintain records of IT requests, asset registers, and IT procedures. • Projects & Learning – contribute to IT projects, gain exposure to advanced technologies, and continue learning to apply new skills in practice.
