Job Opportunity: Band 7 Occupational Therapist (16 month Fixed-Term Contract from December 2025 till April 2027). Are you a passionate and experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist seeking a fresh and rewarding challenge? Or perhaps you are a Band 6 OT ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our forward-thinking Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS) — a large, multidisciplinary community team based in London. As a Band 7 member of the Intensive Rehabilitation Service, you will join with the Occupational and Physiotherapists to maintain a high level of clinical governance within IRS.
Responsibilities

* Completing clinical supervisions and joint sessions with junior members of the team
* Attending MDT meetings
* Co-ordinating caseload for efficiency
* Completing audits to ensure service effectiveness
