Are you an experienced Project Manager working in social housing refurbishment? Were working with a respected contractor delivering a major planned works programme across West Yorkshire, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows and doors.
This is a tenant-focused refurbishment scheme in occupied homes, requiring someone with strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder skills. The site is easily accessible via the M62 corridor.
As a Project Manager youll lead the successful delivery of planned works by:
1. Planning, sequencing, and coordinating all works to completion
2. Working alongside the Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, and Resident Liaison Officer to ensure day-to-day site activities run smoothly
3. Overseeing internal and external refurbishments: kitchen and bathroom upgrades, roofing works, window and door replacements
4. Managing project timelines, milestones, and reporting on progress and risk
5. Coordinating with supply chain partners and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and labour
