We’re now looking for an experienced, driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team - bringing creativity, leadership, and precision to one of the most exciting culinary destinations in St Andrews. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the kitchen at 18 St Andrews Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of chefs and kitchen porters Designing seasonal menus that showcase Scotland’s finest produce Controlling budgets, GP, stock, and labour to deliver commercial success Ensuring all dishes meet brand standards for quality, flavour, and presentation Upholding exceptional hygiene, allergen, and food safety practices Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen talent Working closely with the Executive chef and F&B Manager to deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience What Do You Need? Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality-led, high-volume restaurant Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for Scottish and seasonal ingredients Strong leadership, organisation, and communication abilities Experience managing budgets, stock, and commercial KPIs Creativity, drive, and the ability to perform under pressure A genuine passion for hospitality and developing great people WHAT DO WE OFFER?
