Your Role as SENCO

Qualifications
* A qualified SENCO (or someone working towards the NASENCO qualification) with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Code of Practice, and a passion for inclusive education.
* You should be organised, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* An enhanced DBS check is required.
