Our Torquay Office requires a Full Time Negotiator to join their busy sales team. Estate Agency or sales experience is preferred but not essential for this role and would be suited to an individual with an ambition to grow & receive training in the property industry.
The Role;
* Registering, Establishing and Maintaining Client Relationships.
* Effectively Understanding Buyer's needs & Preferences.
* Conducting Viewing appointments.
* New business generation, customer telephone contact, leaflet dropping & door knocking.
* Negotiate Offers to achieve best prices for our Clients
* Managing the Sales Process from offer stage to Completion
* Carrying out all general administration associated with Estate Agency to a high standard.
