We're looking for a skilled and caring Senior Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment while guiding and developing fellow team members.
*** Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour based on a tier structure plus time and half for weekend's and nights

Responsibilities
* Assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
* Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members to ensure a cohesive support system.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition.
* Assists with all paperwork
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals, fostering independence and confidence.
* Engage in recreational activities that promote social interaction and personal development.
Experience
* Previous experience working with children or in a similar support role is essential.
* Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with individuals and their families.
* A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
* An understanding of childcare principles and practices will be beneficial in delivering high-quality support.
