They are now looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager based in the South Coast - East/West Sussex area, a great opportunity for a current operations/area manager or a multi-site manager to join a successful expanding company.
You will have full financial and operational accountability for a region of restaurants, will be a passionate foodie with strong financial and commercial acumen and possess excellent people management skills and the drive to succeed.

We are looking for an operations manager who will show, train, coach, motivate, develop people, improve standards and drive sales.
The role:
Full responsibility for a region of restaurants
Accountability for multiple P & L accounts, budgets, costs and labour
Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage your team
Ensure that high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
Work with the managers to drive sales
Have a keen eye for detail - know what good looks like
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
Work to company targets and KPIs'
You will have:
Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop area/operations/multi-site/manager in high volume commercial customer facing operations
Very strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability
Excellent communication, people management, leadership and coaching skills
A lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance
The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
IT literacy - working with systems & process
