NSL part of Marston Holdings Limited, have an exciting opportunity for a Pound Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

What does a Pound Supervisor do?
* Oversee the running of the vehicle pound.
* Lead a high performing team of Enforcement Officers.
* Compile duty rosters and daily records of shift allocations.
* Administer and oversee all routines and duties of the contract office.
* Produce vehicle condition and/or reconciliation reports.
* Produce and store all documentation required to operate the contract.
* Use and be responsible for the care and general maintenance of any company equipment allocated to carry out daily tasks.
* Complete incident, health & safety and accident reports.
* Liaise with members of the public and give advice on enforcement procedures in a courteous manner ensuring that our customer care policy is adhered to at all times.
* Handle telephone enquiries and written correspondence.
* Professionally deal with customer complaints and enquiries.
What do you need to be a Pound Supervisor?
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (essential).
* Experience using a cash receipting system.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate with customers, often in difficult and demanding circumstances.
* Strong report writing skills.
* Flexibility to accommodate business needs.
