Monday : Friday 05:00am : 14:00pm Monday : Thursday 12pm : 8pm

Our client, a well:established family:run manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Supervisor Technician to oversee the day:to:day operations of the shop floor. This pivotal role will ensure that production runs seamlessly and that all machinery operates at peak efficiency.
Roles/Responsibilities
* Oversee day:to:day operations on shift, ensuring production targets are met
* Support with machine setting, and preparing machines for production
* Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, stripping, and cleaning
* Monitor and respond to machine performance, addressing breakdowns or maintenance needs promptly
* Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to operators
* Contribute to continuous improvement
About You
* Must have experience in the plastics industry
* Must have basic machinery maintenance skills
* Must have supervisory experience
