Equans is looking for an Assistant Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time role, based from the office with frequent travel to sites. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
1. Support the delivery of Retrofit Coordination on live projects, ensuring compliance with PAS standards and best practices.
2. Assist with quality assurance (QA) on Retrofit Assessments, Coordination, and Designs, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
3. Carry out pre-, mid- and post-works inspections on site, reporting findings to lead Retrofit Coordinators and the wider team.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
5. Verify project data, audit trails, and technical documentation to support compliance audits and funding applications.
6. Work with project managers and contractors to integrate retrofit measures into project plans while promoting sustainability best practice.
7. Proactively resolve technical challenges and contribute to project reviews, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
8. Keep up to date with industry innovations, policy changes, and funding schemes to ensure projects align with the latest standards.

Who are you?
20. Retrofit Coordinator Qualification (or working towards).
21. Knowledge of PAS compliance, building regulations, and retrofit standards.
22. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
23. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
24. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
Desirable:
25. Retrofit Assessor Qualification (or working towards).
26. Experience with SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) or other sustainability initiatives.
27. Familiarity with energy efficiency software, data analysis, and low-carbon technologies.
