The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for landlords and tenants, combining organisation, communication, and problem-solving to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Be Doing:
Tenancy Administration
* Overseeing new lets and ensuring all legal paperwork is accurate and compliant.
* Checking applicant references to guarantee suitability and peace of mind for landlords.
Customer Service
* Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries with professionalism and care.
* Providing clear, timely updates to keep everyone informed and confident.
Property Maintenance
* Coordinating maintenance requests quickly and effectively, liaising with landlords and trusted contractors.
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and within budget.
* Maintaining detailed records, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking key tenancy dates.
