Job Description:
Based in Clent, this role involves working as a Residential Support Worker for children with learning disabilities. The position offers 40 hours per week, with 3 long day shifts from 7am to 9pm, including two 20-minute breaks. Flexible working arrangements include at least 2 weekends off per month and 4 days off across the week to promote work-life balance. The role provides a competitive annual leave allowance.
Requirements: You must be at least 23 years old.
Salary: Range from £25,386 to £26,217 per annum (FTE), subject to qualifications. Once qualified in Level 3 Health and Social Care, there is potential to earn up to £27,292 after completing relevant RMT courses and gaining experience.
Additional Payments: Sleep-ins are paid at an extra £78.48 per night, approximately adding £3,500 annually if working one sleep-in shift per week.
