My client, based in Hinckley, are seeking a hardworking and customer focused candidate to join their busy internal sales team. Providing a high level of service at all times, you will play an integral part in the customer journey. Monday-Friday Key duties will include: * Dealing with incoming customer enquiries from a varied customer base. * Providing quotations and following these up * Providing basic technical assistance and information * Maintaining the customer database, keeping records accurate and up to date. * Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. * General administrative duties Internal Sales - The Candidate: * The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, either sales or customer service. * Experience in sales within a manufacturing, engineering, construction or similar technical industry. * You will be driven and happy to work towards targets * Excellent written and verbal communication is essential along with the ability to adapt your approach accordingly. * You will be friendly and a team player with the ability to self motivate
