Salary: Competitive, DOE
I’m currently working with a highly regarded, top-tier Property Litigation team in the North West that is looking to add a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to its growing practice. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the chance to work with an established and collaborative team while handling high-quality, complex property disputes.
This role would suit a solicitor who enjoys managing a varied caseload and advising a broad client base including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, and managing agents.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. The work is varied and high quality, covering both commercial and residential property disputes.
Your caseload is likely to include:
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Possession claims and forfeiture
* Lease disputes and dilapidations
* Boundary disputes, easements, and rights of way
* Development and property-related disputes
* Alternative dispute resolution including mediation and negotiation
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on more complex and high-value matters.
The Ideal Candidate
The team is keen to speak with solicitors who have:
* Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
* Ideally 2+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation
* Experience managing their own caseload of property disputes
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
* The ability to work independently within a remote environment while remaining part of a wider collaborative team
