Overview
Temp All Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a client for this role. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will provide commercial and pragmatic HR advice to help line managers handle complex people issues confidently. You will play a key role in implementing the People Plan, managing change initiatives (such as TUPE and restructuring), and ensuring HR policies align with both legislation and the evolving needs of the business.
£50,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance
Homebased with national travel
Job Role
1. Strategic Support: Implement the People Plan and lead key HR projects, integrations, and change initiatives (TUPE, reorganisations).
2. Employee Relations: Lead on complex disciplinary, grievance, and suspension cases; manage escalations and ensure timely, compliant investigations.
3. Performance & Development: Develop frameworks to manage performance and attendance; coach and train line managers on HR processes and culture.
4. Compliance & Policy: Maintain up-to-date HR policies in line with best practice and employment law; conduct regular site visits and file audits.
5. Data & Reporting: Produce business-impacting HR reports and analyse trends to drive continuous improvement.
6. Leadership: Line manage and mentor HR Officers; support HR Admin teams and deputise for the Director of HR & Resourcing when required.
7. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners, such as legal firms.
Your Experience/ Requirements
8. Essential: CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent senior-level experience). Essential: Strong grasp of employment law (TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, etc.). Essential: Proven experience at a senior HR level with a results-focused approach. Desirable: Experience within the care sector.
