The Role: Senior Financial Planning Analyst
Reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the Group. Acting as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams, you'll deliver meaningful analysis, influence strategic decisions, and help lead financial planning and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Business partnering with senior leaders to understand performance and deliver financial insights
* Ownership of monthly board and executive reporting
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
* Building and maintaining complex financial models to drive decision-making
* Supporting strategic projects and investment cases with robust analysis
* Driving continuous process improvements and best-practice reporting
* Supporting procurement initiatives to ensure best value for spend
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) - essential
* Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
* Advanced Excel skills (macros, data tools); PowerBI knowledge highly desirable
* Strong commercial acumen and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
* Analytical, proactive, and thrives on solving complex business problems
* Experience in software or SaaS industries is a plus
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
