Depot General Manager – DX
Role Summary
Reporting to the Regional Director, this role leads and manages all aspects of the service centre operation for DX products, ensuring achievement of budgeted targets and supporting revenue growth. It involves effective management of employees, subcontractors and owner drivers, premises, equipment and consumables, and drives process integration aligned with DX plans and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Evident line‑management experience in a production/logistics/mail/parcels services environment at a comparable level of responsibility.
* Managing budgets, revenue and profit & loss.
* Seeking improvements proactively and designing deployable solutions.
* Identifying problems and deploying solutions.
* Managing customer interface and supplier relationships and maintaining service/product processes to deliver excellent customer service, promote organic growth and reduce customer attrition.
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
