Neighbourhood Assistant
As Neighbourhood Assistant working within a multi-disciplinary Customer Operations Team, you will support the Tenancy Support Lead in the delivery of dynamic and unified customer-centric business support in line with Hafod’s mission. Working in collaboration with colleagues across Homes & Communities, you will deliver an efficient and effective person-centred housing, tenancy management and income recovery service, ensuring income, and every opportunity to support customers, is maximised.
The is a permanent full time role working 36 hours per week, based in St Hilary Court, Cardiff. Although the role has elements of home working, hybrid options may vary each week and candidates need to be flexible to attend site as the wider team and business require.

What you will do

This role provides critical support to our Regional Hubs where the Community and Partnership teams work. Looking for ways to improve communication and collaboration this role ensurs we deliver the results and services that are key for our customers. Reporting to the Tenancy Support Lead you will support the delivery of a first-class rehousing, lettings, ASB and income recovery service.
You will provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood Coaches and identify new tenants for vacant properties. You will demonstrate positive, dynamic collaboration and partnership working across the Homes and Communities coaching teams and the wider business areas of Hafod.
What you will need
An ability to handle multiple and varied tasks on a rolling basis, keeping updated with our customers through your ability to respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries. You will need experience in a customer focussed environment and a positive attitude to team working.
You will need to demonstrate how you manage your time efficiently in a work place setting. And how you approach managing a caseload to see projects through to a successful conclusion.
