Key Responsibilities:
In this Service Administrator position, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly:
Support both hire and service departments with day-to-day admin
Coordinate equipment servicing schedules and bookings
Act as a central point of contact for customers, engineers, and internal teams
Process contracts, job sheets, and service records accurately
Monitor equipment availability and update internal systems
Assist the controller team with planning workloads and job allocation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer requests
Track job progress to ensure timely completion
Raise purchase orders and process invoices
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Service Administrator in Horsham, you'll ideally have:
Experience in sectors such as car, HGV, plant, forklift, powered access, construction, agriculture or hire
Previous admin or coordination experience within a busy environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with customers and engineers
