Job Description
* Conduct property inspections to identify repair needs and ensure compliance with standards.
* Prepare detailed reports and schedules for necessary repair works.
* Liaise with contractors and tradespeople to oversee repair and maintenance activities.
* Monitor progress and quality of works to ensure timely completion.
* Respond promptly to tenant inquiries related to property repairs.
* Maintain accurate records of all inspections, reports, and completed works.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to during all repair activities.
* Provide professional advice on property maintenance and repairs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Repairs Surveyor should have:
* Experience in property inspections and repairs within the property industry.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors and tenants.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high standards of work.
* Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
* HNC Minimum
