1. A competitive annual salary between £24,040 and £29,300 (reviewed annually)

15. A BPS accredited psychology degree (essential)
16. Training or a further qualification in Educational Psychology (desirable)
17. Training in trauma-informed practice (desirable)
18. Demonstrable experience of working in UK based SEND/SEMH education or similar care or health environment (essential)
19. Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly making complex information meaningful
20. Motivation and passion regarding care for children who have experienced trauma
21. A full, UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel off site
