Wings School Notts in Newark are looking for a passionate and resilient full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday during school term time (38 weeks per year) and 1 week INSET.
This job will require you to assist the teacher in providing an engaging curriculum, supporting students with additional needs to reach their full potential, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
Our ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 3 months experience working in an education setting with students with Special Educational Needs, especially Autism (ASD), ADHD, and dyslexia/dyspraxia
* Be able to tailor their skills to meet individual needs
* Be kind, caring, and patient with children requiring specialist support
* Be able to commute to Newark
