Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Year 6 pupils, ensuring progress in core subjects. Prepare students for SATs, providing both academic and emotional support. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil confidence and independence. Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Build strong relationships with parents and carers, communicating effectively about pupil development.
