Position Details:
* Location: Carlisle
* Type: Full-time, permanent
* Salary: £25,389 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 8-hour shifts between 22:00-06:00, 5 days out of 7
* Environment: Chilled
Responsibilities:
* Manage stock accuracy and verify incoming deliveries against drivers' paperwork.
* Ensure pallet and cage accuracy before dispatch.
* Perform weekly supervision and monitor team performance using audit data.
* Ensure team KPIs are met.
* Maintain good communication with team members, both written and verbal.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Must be aged 18 or over.
