Our care home in Crosspool, Sheffield provides high-quality Residential and Dementia care for up to 44 residents. Nestled in a welcoming community, our home is a warm and supportive place where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Nightshift Care Assistant to join our team. This role is open to both those who are experienced in care and those who are new to the sector. Full training will be provided, giving you the skills and confidence to thrive. The successful candidate will be working 12 hour shifts adn be flexible to cover shifts as required. The shifts are Day shift hours are 0800 - 2000 andd 1000 - 2200. Night shifts are 2000 - 0800.
12.21 per hour

As a Nightshift Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care and mobility, provide reassurance and companionship during the night, and help with nutrition and hydration needs. You will maintain accurate care records, follow individual care plans, and ensure the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the night.
You may already have experience in care or be looking to start your first role in this rewarding sector. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care are essential.
