We have an exciting opportunity for a Twilight Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. This challenging role requires leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver excellent on-shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your team focused on delivering great results and working safely will be key. The role may involve some duty management, for which full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
2. Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
3. Reducing replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently, products have appropriate space for their rate of sale, and security in the goods receiving department.
4. Working with stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
5. Ensuring effective replenishment to maintain product availability for customers.
To be successful in this role, your skills and experience should include:
* Passion for providing exceptional operational standards for our customers.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and enjoyment in managing a team.
* Excellent communication skills and some experience supervising or managing a team.
* Practical experience in the food retail trade.
