Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Newly Qualified or Junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our Cardiff team.
You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with appropriate supervision, working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your technical skills from the outset of your career.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims
· Drafting pleadings, instructions to experts and correspondence
· Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and third parties
· Supporting senior solicitors on more complex, high-value cases
· Delivering an empathetic, client-focused service
About You
· Newly Qualified solicitor or up to 3 years’ PQE
· Previous experience in clinical negligence or personal injury (including trainee seat experience)
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· A genuine passion for claimant clinical negligence work
· A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
