Job Description:
Conduct vehicle inspections and repairs in accordance with DVSA standards, including MOT testing
Carry out fault diagnosis using specialist diagnostic equipment
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
Complete all job cards and service documentation accurately
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
Comply with health and safety regulations at all timesBeneficial Skills / Qualifications
Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ) in vehicle maintenance and repair
Full UK driving licence; HGV Class 1 licence preferred but not essential
Proven workshop experience working with HGVs
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Capable of working independently and efficiently
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is desirable
Awareness of health and safety standards
Positive attitude with a 'can-do' approachAdditional Details:
Basic salary up to £56,160 per year (£22.50 per hour)
Flexible 48-hour working week, with additional options available
Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
