INASP – International Network for Advancing Science and Policy – is a highly experienced capacity development organisation based in Oxford, UK. We work with a global network of partners to strengthen research and knowledge systems for development.
We are seeking a creative Digital Learning Coordinator with expertise in designing high-quality, engaging digital learning experiences for adult learners. The successful candidate will join INASP and our partners to support researchers and educators in generating relevant knowledge for their communities and creating impactful learning experiences for young people.
The Digital Learning Coordinator will play a key role in the programme team, ensuring the successful delivery of digital learning initiatives across INASP projects. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering online courses and modules for researchers, and advising on tools to enhance online learner engagement.
In close coordination with the relevant line or project manager/lead, the Digital Learning Coordinator will:
1. Scope, design, and storyboard digital learning content using the latest instructional design methods.
2. Commission and manage subject experts to transform content into effective digital learning materials and experiences.
3. Coordinate the design process of new digital learning materials, ensuring project timelines and INASP quality standards are met.
4. Coordinate the running of open and bespoke courses for researchers, liaising with course moderators and facilitators.
5. Work with the INASP team and external consultants to develop innovative learning content in various formats.
6. Support the promotion, development, and fundraising for new projects.
Essential qualifications and experience include:
* Demonstrable experience in a digital learning role within adult education contexts.
* Experience in planning high-quality online learning by defining learning outcomes, aligning activities and assessments, and structuring content for engagement.
* Proficiency with Moodle and other digital tools to create and support high-quality learning experiences.
* Ability to present content and activities clearly and engagingly using digital technology.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outputs.
* Interest in Global South research and higher education contexts.
