Facilities Coordinator
Location:On-site in Swansea, with occasional travel to other sites
Contract Type:Temporary until 31st March 2026
Salary:£16.91 per hour, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday
We’re looking for a proactive and experiencedFacilities Coordinatorto join the team, based in Swansea. This is a hands-on role requiring strong facilities management expertise and a keen eye for detail, particularly around compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the Swansea site and support other locations in Southwest Wales.
* Conduct and managerisk assessments,health & safety checks,fire safety inspections, and ensure all statutory compliance is met.
* Meet and greet contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards and site protocols.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-dateaudit recordsand compliance documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operational delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience infacilities managementwithin a multi-site or complex environment.
* Afull UK driving licenceis essential due to travel requirements.
* Strong understanding ofhealth & safety legislation, risk management, and compliance.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage contractors and build strong working relationships.
