We are currently recruiting for a part time receptionist to support the busy team at Kintala.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls, emails and messages.
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Taking bookings and inputting details accurately on the booking system.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills. Experience working in a customer facing role would be beneficial.
* A high level of IT literacy, ideally experience working in a busy office environment.
* Willingness to learn and provide great customer service.
* Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
* Experience using a booking system and/or CRM.
* Experience in the hospitality sector.
Further Information
This position will be 3-4 days per week (24-32 hours) including weekends on a rota basis.
