We are seeking a committed Rota Coordinator and Personal Assistant to join our team at Lansdowne Secure Children’s Home. This role is pivotal in managing complex staff rotas, coordinating diaries, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the safe and efficient running of our home. As a Rota Coordinator and Personal Assistant, you will help maintain safe staffing levels, improve compliance, and free up senior staff enabling them to focus on leadership, safeguarding, and the quality of care. Your work will support our care teams, ensuring scheduling is on time suiting everyone and accurate record‑keeping to meet regulatory standards and to maintain emergency response timeframes.
It is vital that all staff fully understand and undertake their role with professionalism and in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedures. We take our safeguarding responsibilities extremely seriously and expect those working with our children to maintain high standards of vigilance, respect, reporting and professional curiosity at all times. You will be given extensive training and ongoing support to fully undertake this part of your role and as such will be held to high standards to help keep children safe.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to manage complex rotas and schedules.
* Experience supporting senior leadership teams is desirable.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
