Your Time at Work
The role holder is to provide a flexible, proactive security provision for the client, reducing losses and improving colleague and customer safety. This is achieved directly through the actions of the role holder and by managing a team of officers.
* Prioritise stores on a risk basis and spend time across the region accordingly
* Partner with the management team to continually improve the service offering to the client
* Show a level of flexibility and adapt to new requests outside the core role when required
* Where appropriate, undertake office‑management responsibilities such as facilities management, health and safety procedures, and accounts processing (petty cash and travel records)
* Ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner
* Ensure systems and software processing and inputting comply with GDPR
* Complete any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager
* Conduct yourself at all times in a manner that brings credit to yourself and the company, including wearing full uniform and displaying the SIA licence clearly

The ideal applicant is aged 18 or over, a confident communicator, a team player, and driven to provide a friendly and professional service.
