We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead Calvin Klein at the Ashford Outlet. The role focuses on driving sales, managing a high‑performing team, ensuring visual merchandising excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead the store team to generate sales, profit and minimal losses while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with other teams.
* Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and backroom.
* Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams.
* Partner with store management to build business opportunities and achieve company objectives.
* Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accountability in creating a repeat customer base.
* Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory.
* Communicate to the Store Manager what drives sales, discuss any issues or priorities, develop strategies to maximize business and ensure weekly visual presentation action plans.
* Analyze store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results.
* Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring; recruit personnel from diverse backgrounds.
* Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions and potential successors.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
* Clearly communicate staff sales goals and performance expectations; provide guidance on improvement.
* Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.

* Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
