What you will do:
* Support team operations by efficiently allocating workloads and providing leadership.
* Provide ongoing supervision and support to staff, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
* Offer guidance on cases, leveraging the expertise of the Team Manager when needed.
* Serve as Duty Manager and Safeguarding Manager within the team as part of the rota.
* Contribute to service improvements with a focus on cost-effectiveness and co-production with service users and family carers.
* Help meet statutory duties under the Care Act and Mental Health Act, enhancing the well-being of our service users.
