Customer Service Administrator – North Telford
Temporary to Permanent
£12.21 per hour
Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful company based just North of Telford in the transport department. The role works as part of a small friendly team and reports directly to the Company Director. The main purpose is to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company expectations and supporting the day-to-day running of the logistics operation.
Responsibilities
* Process new job details onto the Transport Management System
* Deal with customer queries and requests via phone calls and emails
* Communicate any delivery delays to customers
* Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, other pallet network depots and customers to report and resolve delivery or collection issues
* Ensure the Transport Management System is up to date and accurate
* Uploading of proof of deliveries from all our departments
* Maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Able to work under pressure
* Flexible approach to working
* Excellent time keeping and attendance
