The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm, and Sunday until 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview.

Holiday:
20 days per year, plus statutory holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure customers receive excellent service and care to minimize complaints.
2. Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
4. Increase sales of products and services according to procedures.
5. Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
6. Identify training needs for employee development.
7. Support other Centres as needed.
8. Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control.
9. Follow reasonable instructions from Management.
10. Wear the provided uniform, kept clean and presentable.
11. Coordinate with Head Office and other Departments.
The role reports directly to the Regional Manager.
