The Role: Executive Search Consultant As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients andsourcing top talent in the Commodities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Research: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
Market Mapping : Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector.
Candidate Sourcing : Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high- calibre professionals.
Client Communication : Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, andregular updates throughout the hiring process.
