Role Description
This full-time, on-site role, based in Bolton, requires a strategic and driven professional with expertise in managing relationships with key accounts. The Key Account Sales Manager will oversee and develop relationships with major clients to drive sales growth, ensure client satisfaction, and meet revenue targets. Core duties include negotiating contracts, developing account strategies, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Providing our customers with the latest products and exisiting products we can supply.
Regular performance tracking, presenting results, and identifying growth opportunities will also be a crucial aspect of this role. Dealing with existing customers aswell as bringing in new customers.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service with the ability to nurture and maintain client relationships
* Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and build trust with clients
* Experience managing Key Accounts and formulating strategies to meet customer-specific needs
* Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
* Experience in the sportswear industry is a must
* Experience in marketing is an advantage
* Good computers skills on illustrator is an advatange
* Proficiency in CRM software tools is a plus
