You will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our business operations by leveraging Microsoft technologies to create bespoke solutions that drive efficiency and optimize analysis across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Design comprehensive supply chain solutions and frameworks from end to end to solve business problems confidently. Work closely with cross-functional teams-including developers, administrators, and international colleagues-to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions. Application Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring consistency with client requirements. Integrate configured solutions with existing systems and processes. Documentation & Testing: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides. Define test scenarios, conduct validations, and ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and drive adoption of new technologies. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies. Recommend and implement process improvements and technological enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency. Think holistically about project goals to design bespoke, scalable solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, including necessary customizations and configurations. Strong understanding of supply chain processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Solid organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of 2 years' experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, or TMS systems. Familiarity with healthcare and logistics industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies. Preferable knowledge of test management, non-functional testing, and automated testing practices. Experience with cloud technologies. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform) are a plus. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong time management, organization, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
